Biography
Overview
Lea Kaase advises clients on technology matters with a special focus on intellectual property (IP), information technology (IT) and data protection.
Her practice includes designing and negotiating contracts with regard to technology transfers and outsourcing, assisting clients with cross border data transfers and compliance with German and European data protection.
Prior to joining White & Case she worked as a research assistant in other international law firms in the area of intellectual property law and as a trainee lawyer in an international technology company.
