Kyra Luck

Kyra Luck is an associate the New York office. Kyra represents corporate clients and private equity funds in domestic and global mergers, acquisitions, equity investments and joint ventures in a broad range of industries.

Kyra graduated magna cum laude from Boston University School of Law, where she earned both her J.D. and LL.M. in Banking and Financial Law. During her time at BU, Kyra was recognized as the Distinguished Bankruptcy Law Student for the First Circuit by the American College of Bankruptcy.

Outside of the office, Kyra is a long-distance running enthusiast, aspiring to complete all Abbott World Marathon Majors. Kyra ran the 2022 Boston Marathon, 2023 Chicago Marathon, and 2024 NYC Marathon.
