Kimberly Petillo-Décossard is the Co-Head of White & Case's Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice and is a partner in the New York office.

Kimberly advises public and private companies, boards, founders and family offices on complex business law matters, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions, as well as governance, disclosure and compliance matters.
