White & Case’s Co-Head of Global M&A, Kimberly Petillo-Décossard, was interviewed by The Deal’s David Marcus on the latest episode of the “Drinks with the Deal” podcast, where she discusses her decision to become an M&A lawyer and later lateral to White & Case, as well as work-life balance.
On her decision to move to the Firm Petillo-Décossard commented: “It was the right choice for the clients first and foremost, but also for me and the team as well. It’s been an absolutely incredible move for us and the clients – they are all really flourishing on this platform. We’re doing things for them in geographies and practice areas that we could have never imagined.”
