Biography
Overview
Kateřina Hudečková is an associate in White & Case's Prague office, where she has been involved in numerous significant financing transactions of Czech and international banks. She also regularly advises major financial institutions and corporations in connection with financing arrangements, including acquisition financing. Her previous experience also includes day-to-day corporate advice, the incorporation of companies and endowment funds in the Czech Republic, due diligence reviews of target companies, and participation in corporate mergers. Ms. Hudečková has also been involved in insolvency proceedings.

Representation of PPF banka, a.s. in connection with the financing of acquisitions in Poland and Germany.
Representation of the portfolio companies of ARX Equity Partners, a leading CEE mid-market private equity fund, in connection with the financing of acquisitions in the Czech Republic.
Representation of Československá obchodní banka, a. s. in connection with the financing of the acquisition of AAA Auto Group NV.
Representation of a leading international railway wagons manufacturer in the carve-out and sale of a dormant part of the manufacturing plant of its Czech subsidiary, including the subsequent sale of such Czech subsidiary to a foreign investor.
Representation of Falcon Group, a consortium of investors 75% controlled by funds managed or advised by Mid Europa Partners, in its auction sale of 100% of České Radiokomunikace, a.s. to three funds managed by Macquarie for total consideration of approximately EUR 574 million.
Representation of Benson Oak group in the process of acquiring a 100 percent interest in Bochemie, s.r.o., a leading producer of detergents and disinfectants in the region of Central Europe.
