Julia Rubin

Julia Rubin is counsel in the Debt Finance practice. She is a real estate attorney with a concentration in secured financing transactions. Ms. Rubin has experience representing major commercial and investment banks, private equity companies, hedge funds and other financial institutions, as well as borrowers and sponsors in loan transactions secured by real estate collateral, including large multi-state, multi-site portfolios. She also has experience representing energy companies in power plant financings and initial purchasers and others in high-yield bond offerings.

Ms. Rubin has extensive experience in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including commercial mortgage loans, project finance, securitizations, property acquisitions and dispositions, acquisition financings, as well as debtor-in-possession and exit financings.
