Overview
Joey Lim is an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practice, based in London.
Joey has experience working in London, Abu Dhabi, Singapore and Tokyo and she has advised leading private equity firms, multinational companies and other financial sponsors across Europe, the Middle East and Asia on a broad range of transactons including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, exits/disposals, fundraisings, reorganisations and general corporate advisory matters.
