Overview

Jamie Palmer is a partner in the global M&A and Corporate practice based in Sydney.

Jamie specialises in private equity and M&A. He advises private equity funds, multinational corporations, and infrastructure and pension funds on domestic and cross-border acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, co-investments and restructuring. He has 20 years of experience across a wide range of sectors including healthcare, renewable energy and industrials.
