Biography
Emilia Calderon is an associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group, and is a resident in the New York office. Emilia represents corporate clients and private equity funds in domestic and global mergers, acquisitions and equity investments in a broad range of industries.
Emilia graduated cum laude from Notre Dame Law School, where she was an editor for the Notre Dame Journal of International & Comparative Law.
