Overview
Conor Magee is an Associate in our Global M&A and Corporate practice based in London.
He has experience advising both domestic and international clients on a broad range of public and private transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, equity capital markets and general corporate advisory.
Conor joined White & Case in 2021 and has completed a six-month secondment to the firm's Dubai office.

Representation of Ocean Outdoor Limited in connection with Atairos' US$580 million takeover by way of BVI statutory merger
Representation of Nostrum Oil & Gas plc on its US$1.2 billion bond restructuring.
Representation of Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, HSBC Bank, Jefferies, BofA Securities and ING Bank on the £262 million IPO of Ithaca Energy and its premium listing on the LSE.
