Biography
Overview
Bethany is an Associate in White & Case's Debt Finance practice. She advises banks and other financial institutions, private credit funds, private equity investors and corporate borrowers in relation to cross-border acquisition finance transactions, leveraged and bank/bond financings, syndications and general bank lending.
Bethany joined the Firm in 2021, gaining experience in the Debt Finance and Capital Markets teams in Frankfurt. She has also spent a year on secondment in the Firm's London office with the Private Equity and Debt Finance practice groups.

Bank syndicate, 2024
Advised a bank syndicate of initial purchasers, led by Deutsche Bank and J.P. Morgan SE, on the issuance of various financial instruments by Mangrove LuxCo III S.à r.l. and its subsidiaries for the early and full repayment of Kelvion's existing restructuring liabilities.
Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley, 2024
Advised Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley on the committed financing provided to SES S.A. (SES) for its US$3.1 billion (€2.8 billion) acquisition of Intelsat Holdings S.à r.l. (Intelsat).
