Representing the Employer in an arbitration arising out of the construction of an airport in the Middle East.

Representing the Employer in an ICC arbitration arising out of a contract for construction of a bridge in Africa. The contract was based on the FIDIC Red Book.

Advising a leading global property developer in connection with the development of and construction of a data centre in the UK, including the negotiation of several bespoke consultant appointments, and NEC4 supply contracts and engineering and construction contract.

Advising several lenders and developers in conducting due diligence reporting in respect of real estate purchases of property in the UK.

Advising an asset manager in relation to the construction, operation and maintenance of EV charging infrastructure being developed at a portfolio of UK petrol stations.

Advising an international oil & gas company in a multi-billion USD arbitration relating to the construction of an LNG processing facility in the Asia-Pacific.

Representing a Middle Eastern government in an arbitration concerning the construction of a new international airport in the country.
