Ben Harris

Ben Harris is an associate in White & Case's Global Commercial Litigation Practice, and a member of the Firm's Technology Disputes team and Technology Industry Group.

Ben acts for and advises technology companies on a broad range of complex commercial and technology-related matters, from litigation and dispute resolution to regulatory compliance and investigations. He has advised on contentious matters across the technology and related sectors, including on issues involving social media and interactive entertainment, software development and IT system implementation projects, and hardware development.

Ben's experience includes acting for clients in high-profile contractual, competition, and other commercial disputes, often with a multi-jurisdictional element, before the English High Court, Competition Appeal Tribunal and Court of Appeal.
