Overview
Alistair Leung is an Associate in White & Case's global mergers & acquisitions practice group, based in Sydney, Australia.
Alistair's experience includes advising on various corporate transactions, including joint ventures, private equity, public and private mergers, regulatory compliance and general corporate advisory. He also has experience in project financing transactions.
Alistair joined White & Case in 2021 and has completed a secondment in the Firm's Hong Kong office working on private equity and investment funds matters.

Australian joint receivers in the distressed share sale of an Asian casino operator.
A shortlisted bidder on its proposed share acquisition in a partnership that owns onshore wind assets in Victoria, Australia.
Atmos Renewables on its AUD 850 million portfolio refinancing of its 1.6GW renewable energy portfolio in Australia.
TotalEnergies on the signing of an agreement with Sapura Upstream Assets to acquire an original 50 percent interest, and the remaining 50 percent interest, in Malaysian independent gas producer and operator SapuraOMV Upstream Sdn (SapuraOMV) for US$903 million and US$530 million respectively.
Neoen on the corporate aspects of its AUD$1.1 billion portfolio financing across seven operating assets.
