Adam Drake
Biography
Overview
Adam Drake is an associate in the Firm's Commercial Litigation Group. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation matters in federal, state, and bankruptcy courts, representing private companies and foreign sovereigns. Adam maintains a robust pro bono practice where he represents clients in sealing their records on the NY State Central Registry, criminal appeals, and wrongful conviction cases. He has presented oral argument before the New York Appellate Court, Second Department.
Adam earned his JD, magna cum laude, from Fordham Law School, where he was a member of the Fordham Moot Court Board and the Executive Articles Editor of the Fordham Law Review. During law school, Adam was a teaching assistant for Fordham’s Legal Writing Program and worked as a judicial intern for Justice Gerald Lebovits in the New York Supreme Court.
