White & Case advises underwriters on SEK 13.94 billion rights issue of Beijer Ref

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Citi, Handelsbanken and Nordea as underwriters, joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners on the SEK 13.94 billion (approximately US$1.34 billion) series B rights issue of Beijer Ref, one of the largest refrigeration wholesalers in the world.

Listed on Nasdaq Stockholm and headquartered in Sweden, Beijer Ref supplies commercial and industrial refrigeration, air conditioning and heating products. The group has over 5,000 employees in 43 countries across Europe, North America, Africa and Asia-Pacific.
