White & Case advises Sodexo on spin-off and listing of Pluxee on Euronext Paris

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Sodexo on the spin-off of its Benefits and Rewards Services business, under the new brand name Pluxee, and its listing on Euronext Paris on February 1, 2024.

The resolution proposed by the Board of Directors to approve the exceptional distribution in kind of one Pluxee share for every Sodexo share held was adopted by a large majority during a Shareholders Meeting on January 30, 2024. Delivery of the Pluxee shares to shareholders took place on February 5, 2024.

Sodexo is a France-based global service provider company.
