White & Case advises Snatt Logistica, Log.Int, Log.Int Real Estate and Log.Int 2 Real Estate on sale of 20 logistics assets

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Snatt Logistica, a leader in logistics services for the fashion industry, and Log.Int S.r.l., Log.Int Real Estate and Log.Int 2 Real Estate, on agreements for the sale to Hines of 20 Italian logistics assets located in Emilia-Romagna and Lombardy.

White & Case advised on the contractual, real estate, corporate and finance aspects of the transaction, which was carried out by Hines through the 'HEVF2' Fund, managed by Prelios SGR, and provides for the acquisition of the real estate portfolio and the simultaneous 15-year lease of the same assets to the Snatt Logistica Group.
