White & Case Advises Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken on IPO and Listing of Betolar Shares on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) on the initial public offering (IPO) on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland of all the shares in Betolar Plc for a market capitalization of approximately €112 million at the offer price.

Founded in 2016, Betolar Plc is a Finnish materials technology company offering sustainable and low carbon dioxide alternatives for the production of concrete and for concrete applications. 

The White & Case team in Helsinki which advised on the transaction was led by partners Petri Avikainen and Mikko Hulkko and included associates Jenni Nygård and Liisa Rekola.
