White & Case advises SEB and Nordea on Vitec’s SEK 1.125 billion directed share issue

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (SEB) and Nordea Bank Abp, filial i Sverige (Nordea) on the directed share issue of SEK 1.125 billion by Vitec Software Group AB (publ) (Vitec).
The board of directors of Vitec resolved on a directed issue of 2,250,000 series B shares at a price of SEK 500 per share, raising proceeds of SEK 1.125 billion before transaction costs. The price in the directed share issue was determined through an accelerated book building process.
Listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, Vitec is a leading provider of vertical software in the Nordic region.
