White & Case advises Revaia and Digital+ on investment in French cloud scale-up Platform.sh

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised growth equity investment funds Revaia and Digital+, lead investors in the US$140 million Series D fundraising by Platform.sh, a unified, secure, enterprise-grade platform for building, running and scaling web applications.

The funding round included Morgan Stanley Expansion Capital as co-investor, as well as existing investors BGV, Eurazeo, Hiinov, and Partech.

The investment will allow Platform.sh to build on its leading position in Europe, the US and Asia, recruit new employees worldwide to meet its expansion goals and fund future acquisitions to accelerate its organic product roll out.
