White & Case Advises QIA on Participation in Age of Learning’s US$300 Million Financing Round

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Qatar Investment Authority (QIA), the sovereign wealth fund of the State of Qatar, on its participation in Age of Learning, Inc.'s US$300 million equity financing round.

The financing closed on June 29, 2021.

Age of Learning, Inc. is the creator of ABCmouse Early Learning Academy, Adventure Academy, English language learning app ABCmouse English, and My Math Academy.
