White & Case advises Pollen Street Capital on acquisition of majority shareholding in Pair Finance

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Pollen Street Capital (PSC) on the acquisition of a majority shareholding in Pair Finance GmbH (Pair Finance) from some of its existing shareholders.

PSC is a private capital asset manager with more than £3 billion assets under management across private equity and credit strategies on behalf of investors including public and corporate pension funds, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds, endowments and foundations, asset managers, banks and family offices from around the world.

Pair Finance is an AI-based digital platform for collections and receivables management based in Germany.
