White & Case advises placing agents on Hansa Biopharma’s directed share issue

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised William Blair & Company, L.L.C. and Carnegie Investment Bank AB on a directed share issue by Hansa Biopharma AB, a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company that develops treatments for patients with rare immunological conditions.

The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partner Rikard Stenberg (Stockholm) and included partner Mikko Hulkko (Helsinki) and associates Alexander Hase (Stockholm) and Tom Killeen (Helsinki).
