White & Case advises Pipeline Technique on acquisition of Stanley Oil & Gas

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Pipeline Technique (PTL), a Bluewater Private Equity portfolio company, on its acquisition of Stanley Oil & Gas from Stanley Black & Decker.
"This is an important acquisition for our client," said White & Case partner Richard Jones, who led the Firm's deal team. "By combining Stanley Oil & Gas with its existing business units, Pipeline Technique will have the capability to service all areas of the energy sector, including oil and gas, renewables, such as wind and hydrogen, and carbon capture. This acquisition also demonstrates White & Case's market leading credentials in complex, multi-jurisdictional carve-out transactions."
PTL provides onshore and offshore infrastructure welding, coating and fabrication services, delivering pipeline and other services to the oil and gas sector worldwide.
Stanley Oil & Gas provides pipeline services and equipment in more than 100 countries around the world.
