White & Case Advises Pernod Ricard Mexico on Partnership with Mezcal Ojo de Tigre

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Pernod Ricard, the world's second largest wines and spirits producer, on its investment in Mezcal Ojo de Tigre, S.A.P.I. de C.V., a Mexican entity dedicated to the manufacturing, distribution and sale of the Mezcal brand "Ojo de Tigre" and a subsidiary of Casa Lumbre, S.A.P.I. de C.V.

This transaction marks Pernod Ricard's second partnership with Casa Lumbre in recent months.
