White & Case advises Ormat on its upsized US$338 million common stock offering on behalf of stockholder ORIX Corporation

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Ormat Technologies, Inc., a leading geothermal, energy storage, solar PV and recovered energy power company, on an upsized US$338 million offering of common stock by its stockholder, ORIX Corporation.

This representation follows White & Case's representation of Ormat earlier in 2022 in its US$375 million offering of 2.50% Green Convertible Senior Notes due 2027.
