Overview
Bryson is an associate in White & Case's Americas Capital Markets Group, resident in the Firm's Houston office. Bryson primarily advises clients in securities transactions, including public and private debt and equity offerings. He also advises clients on mergers and acquisitions transactions and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining White & Case, Bryson was an associate in the Houston office of another global law firm.
