White & Case Advises Nordea and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken on directed share issue of SEK 920 million by Vitec Software Group

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Nordea Bank Abp, filial i Sverige and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB on the directed share issue of SEK 920 million by Vitec Software Group. 

The board of directors of Vitec Software Group resolved on a directed issue of 2,000,000 shares of series B at a price of SEK 460 per share, raising proceeds of SEK 920 million before transaction costs. The price in the directed share issue was determined through an accelerated book building process.

Vitec Software Group is a market leader for Vertical Market Software in the Nordic region, developing and delivering standard niche software.
