Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Nobia on its SEK 1.3 billion fully guaranteed rights issue.
Carnegie, Handelsbanken and Nordea acted as joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners.
Listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, Nobia is a leading European kitchen specialist that develops and sells kitchen solutions through a number of brands across the Nordics, the UK and Europe. Nobia has approximately 5,000 employees and net sales of approximately SEK 13.4 billion. The purpose of the rights issue is to raise equity to finance Nobia's main factory project in Sweden and to strengthen its operational and financial flexibility.
