White & Case advises Neopharmed Gentili on debut €750 million high yield senior secured notes issuance

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Neopharmed Gentili on its debut issuance of €750 million senior secured fixed and floating high yield notes as well as entry into a new €130 million revolving credit facility.
The offering represents the largest European refinancing in 2024 to date of private credit debt solely with syndicated high yield bonds.
Neopharmed Gentili, a portfolio company of Ardian and NB Renaissance, is a leading Italian primary care pharmaceutical company.
