Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Mazarine Group and its chairman, founder and main shareholder on the investment by LBO France, FG Bros and another lifestyle private equity fund in the capital of the company.
Mazarine Group is an international entertainment, creation and innovation group for luxury, fashion and culture. The investment will support Mazarine's development and preserve its independence.
