Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the mandated lead arrangers on the debt financing for the acquisition by funds advised by Triton of VolkerWessels Verbindingen en Netwerken B.V. (V&N Group), Visser & Smit Hanab B.V., VW Telecom B.V. and Homij Technische Installaties B.V. (the VolkerWessels Energy, Telecom and Technical Installation companies cluster) from Koninklijke VolkerWessels B.V., a Netherlands-headquartered major European construction services business.
