White & Case Advises on Mail.ru's US$200 Million Equity Fundraise and US$400 Million Convertible Bonds Offering

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Morgan Stanley & Co International plc, as sole global co-ordinator and sole bookrunner, on Mail.ru's US$200 million equity fundraise and the simultaneous offering of US$400 million in aggregate principal amount Senior Unsecured Convertible Bonds due 2025.

London Stock Exchange-listed Mail.ru is the largest internet business in Russia offering internet access services and operating social networking websites, instant messaging networks, an email service and an online games company.

The White & Case team in London which advised on the transaction included partners Darina Lozovsky, Inigo Esteve and Richard Pogrel and associates Andrew Scott, Neha Saran and Hashim Eltumi.
