Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Klépierre, a real estate investment trust focused on shopping centers, on the acquisition of a French shopping center in partnership with funds managed by Sofidy, a real estate firm and subsidiary of Tikehau Capital.
The O'Parinor shopping center in the north east of the Paris region consists of 190 shops and restaurants and a 14-screen cinema, spread over 70,000 square meters. It attracts more than 11 million visitors per year.
