White & Case Advises JOST Werke on Sale of Edbro Hydraulic Cylinder Business

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised JOST Werke AG, a leading global producer and supplier of safety-critical systems for the commercial vehicle industry, on the sale of its UK-based Edbro hydraulic cylinders business to Enact and its fund manager Endless LLP.
JOST Werke is a global producer of truck, trailer and agricultural components and systems, operating from more than 30 production and sales locations worldwide. The Edbro hydraulic cylinders business serves the general haulage, construction, quarrying and mining industries.
Enact, whose fund manager is Endless, is a UK-based private equity investor that invests in small to medium-sized businesses.
The parties have agreed to maintain confidentiality regarding further details of the transaction.
