White & Case advises joint lead managers on Huhtamäki’s €300 million bond

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised BNP Paribas, Nordea and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken as joint lead managers on Huhtamäki Oyj's (Huhtamäki) issuance of €300 million 5.125% senior unsecured five year notes.

White & Case also advised Nordea as dealer manager and tender agent, and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken as dealer manager, on Huhtamäki's simultaneous tender offer for its existing €150 million 1.625% senior unsecured notes maturing in 2024.

Huhtamäki, a global specialist in packaging for food and drink with a network of 116 operating locations in 37 countries, will apply for the notes to be listed on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki.
