White & Case advises joint lead managers on Huhtamäki Oyj’s €500 million sustainability-linked bond

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken, BNP Paribas, Citigroup Global Markets and Nordea Bank as joint lead managers on Huhtamäki Oyj's issuance of a €500 million 4.25% senior unsecured sustainability-linked bond due 2027.

Huhtamäki Oyj will apply for the notes to be listed on Nasdaq Helsinki's official list of sustainable bonds.

Nasdaq Helsinki-listed Huhtamaki Oyj is a global provider of sustainable packaging solutions, with net sales during 2021 totaling €3.6 billion. It operates in 114 locations in 38 countries and has 19,800 employees.
