White & Case advises Joint Lead Managers on €600 million bond by Deutsche Börse

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the Joint Lead Managers Barclays, BNP Paribas, Société Générale und UniCredit on a €600 million bond issue by Deutsche Börse Aktiengesellschaft.

The notes have a term of ten years and a fixed coupon of 1.500 %. The notes will be admitted to trading on the regulated markets of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and the Luxembourg Exchange.

The White & Case team in Frankfurt which advised on the transaction was led by partner Karsten Wöckener and local partner Peter Becker and included counsel David Santoro and associate Daniel Sander.
