White & Case advises Jersey Mike’s on a US$850 million whole-business securitization offering

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Jersey Mike's, a franchisor of more than 2,900 fast-casual submarine sandwich stores across the United States and Canada, on its US$850 million whole-business securitization issuance of Series 2024-1 notes.
The issuance comprised of US$750 million Class A-2 senior secured notes and up to US$100 million variable funding notes, Class A-1 notes.
