White & Case advises French software company Pigment on fundraising

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised French software company Pigment on its US$145 million Series D fundraising.

The transaction was led by ICONIQ Growth, which led Pigment's Series C funding round during 2023 and included participation from existing investors IVP, Meritech, Greenoaks and Felix Capital. Sandberg Bernthal Venture Partners also joined the round.

The White & Case team in Paris which advised on the transaction was led by partner Guillaume Vitrich and included partner Estelle Philippi and associates Clément Cenreaud, Grégoire Berger and Claire Sardet.
