White & Case advises Equiter and Intesa Sanpaolo on NRRP funds investment

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Equiter and Intesa Sanpaolo on the negotiation and execution of operational agreements with the European Investment Bank (EIB) regulating the receipt and investment of National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP) funds by a special purpose entity (SPE).

The SPE will receive disbursements made by a fund of funds established by the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance under the NRRP and managed by the EIB. The disbursements under the operational agreements will be used by the SPE to fund equity, quasi-equity and debt investments in eligible beneficiaries operating in the sustainable tourism sector.

Equiter will act as exclusive advisor of the SPE in the management and investment of the NRRP funds.
