White & Case Advises EPSA and its Shareholders on Investment from TowerBrook, RAISE and CAPZA

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised EPSA, a French consulting firm, and its main shareholders on a joint minority investment from TowerBrook Capital Partners L.P., RAISE Investissement and CAPZA Expansion.

EPSA management will remain as majority shareholders. The investment will help drive EPSA's long-term growth initiatives, which include accelerating the evolution of service offerings, investing in digital solutions and strategically expanding via organic growth and targeted bolt-on acquisitions.

EPSA specialises in operational performance, business process outsourcing, innovation and supply chain management. 

The White & Case team in Paris which advised on the transaction was led by partners Saam Golshani and Guillaume Vitrich, and included partners Estelle Philippi, Jérémie Marthan and Alexandre Jaurett and associates Alexandre Balat, Clément Cenreaud, Baptiste Ferraud, Claire Sardet and Rahel Wendebourg.
