White & Case Advises Duell Corporation on IPO on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Duell Corporation on its initial public offering (IPO) on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland.

At the offer price, Duell had a market capitalization of €131.1 million. White & Case also advised Duell Corporation on its senior term and revolving facilities agreement.

Duell is a leading power sports aftermarket distributor in the Nordics with a rapidly growing presence in the rest of Europe. Duell's offering covers motorcycle, all-terrain vehicle, snowmobile, bicycle and marine products, including technical and spare parts and personal equipment, such as clothing and accessories, to dealers across several markets in Europe.

The White & Case team in Helsinki which advised on the transaction was led by partners Mikko Hulkko and Petri Avikainen and included associates Jenni Nygård, Benjamin Tuiskula, Liisa Rekola and Helen Happonen.
