White & Case advises direct lenders on €500 million unitranche financing for acquisition of Unither Pharmaceuticals by investor consortium

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised several direct lenders on a more-than €500 million unitranche financing for the acquisition of Unither Pharmaceuticals by a consortium of investors consisting of GIC and IK Partners as new investors, Keensight and Parquest reinforcing their existing position and Unither's management team.

Unither Pharmaceuticals is a worldwide leader in drug manufacturing for leading and generic pharmaceutical companies, including single unit dosage forms.
