Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Dawn Capital as lead investor in a funding round of Brite Payments.
Dawn Capital is a business-to-business software-focused venture capital fund, with assets under management of US$2 billion.
Brite Payments was founded in Sweden in 2019. It uses open banking technology to process account-to-account payments in real-time between consumers and online merchants. Brite is currently connected to more than 3,800 banks and available in 25 countries within the European Union.
The White & Case team in Stockholm which advised on the transaction was led by partner Henrik Wireklint and included partner Martin Järvengren and associates Elin Brännström, Jennie Storm and Sara Sundvall.
