Sara Sundvall

Sara Sundvall is an associate in our global Mergers and Acquisitions practice in Stockholm and joined White & Case in 2021. Sara mainly advises clients in relation to domestic and cross-border M&A, capital raisings, venture capital transactions, restructurings and general corporate and financial regulatory matters.

Prior to joining White & Case, Sara studied law at Uppsala University, Sweden and Maastricht University, the Netherlands. Sara commenced her career at the Firm as Summer Associate and before joining as associate worked at the Firm as Junior Trainee.
