White & Case advises Cobepa on acquisition by Bpifrance and Mubadala of minority stake in SOCOTEC

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised investment company Cobepa, SOCOTEC group's majority shareholder, on the acquisition by Bpifrance and sovereign wealth fund Mubadala Investment Company of a minority stake in SOCOTEC group's capital.

SOCOTEC group is a leading independent third party provider of services for the sustainability of buildings and infrastructure.

The White & Case team in Paris which advised on the transaction was led by partner Nathalie Nègre-Eveillard and included partner Estelle Philippi and associates Martin Berton and Claire Sardet.
