White & Case advises Checkmyguest on merger with Oyo

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the founders of Checkmyguest on its merger with Oyo, the world's tenth largest hotel group.

Checkmyguest is a French technology company that manages short and medium-term rental properties.

The White & Case team in Paris which advised on the transaction was led by partner Guillaume Vitrich and included partners Estelle Philippi, Brice Engel, Alexandre Jaurett and Clara Hainsdorf and associates Clément Cenreaud, Charles Assous, Tali Cohen-Levy, Sarah Kouchad, Corentin Traxel, Grégoire Baudry and Laura Tuszynski.
