White & Case advises Cathay Capital Private Equity on investment in Shiro Games

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Cathay Capital Private Equity on the acquisition of a significant stake in the independent French video game developer Shiro Games.

Following the transaction and investment by private equity house Cathay Capital Private Equity the management of Shiro Games will remain invested in the company.

The White & Case team in Paris which advised on the transaction was led by partner Alexis Hojabr and included partners Estelle Philippi, Neeloferr Roy and Alexandre Jaurett and associates Alexandre Balat, Clément Cenreaud, Baptiste Ferraud, Claire Sardet, Michel Courtois, Matthieu Tugler and Cécilia Grosjean.
